Recipe Ingredients:
2 piece of Boneless Chicken Thigh
1.5 tablespoon of Soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
2 teaspoon of White pepper
3 teaspoon of Sugar or Honey
5 cloves of minced Garlic
3 teaspoons minced ginger
Sprinkle of potato/ corn starch (to thicken)
Cooking Instructions:
Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, sugar, minced garlic and ginger
For 30 minutes OR leave it overnight in the chiller.
Sprinkle in a little potato/corn starch before adding the chicken into the Air Fryer
Set air fryer at 192 degree celsius for 15 minutes.
If there is no Air Fryer, you can bake it in the oven at 205 degree celsius for 20 minutes.
